Surfacing welding Wire Description: Zt-yd3cr2w8 is a chromium, tungsten alloy system of CO2 gas protection surfacing cored welding wire. The higher tungsten content is soluble in solid solute, which makes martensite tempering stable, and precipitates tungsten carbide in the process of tempering to cause two sclerosis, so that the surfacing layer has red hardness.
The hardenability and high temperature capacity of chrome steel, and the addition of alloy elements, make the phase change point of the alloy Ac1 greatly (820~830℃), so that the resistance to thermal fatigue is obtained, therefore, this surfacing metal has a good red hardness.
Usage: Mainly used for surfacing heat processing molds, such as hot roll, hot shear blade, hot top forging and so on.
