The
impeller designed with the new non-clogging theory has a wide flow channel,
smooth water flow, easy dirt passage and high efficiency. All impellers are
calibrated for dynamic and static balance, which greatly reduces vibration and
noise, runs smoothly, and has a long life.

Seal

The
function of the mechanical seal is to prevent partial contact between the
pumped medium and the motor. The dual mechanical seals work independently in
series to provide double protection for the motor.

the installation, maintenance and repair of the pump quick and easy, without
the need to remove the tank sewage first.

*  Leak detector

Install
a leak detector in the oil chamber to detect turbid leaks caused by poor
sealing or mechanical seal damage (<15kKW optional equipment, >15kW
Standard equipment). The high-power water pump is equipped with a leak detector
in the junction box and the motor cavity, which can send an alarm signal to the
shallow leakage in the junction box and the motor cavity, so that the control
system can protect the pump (non-standard equipment,> 132kW optional).

*  Overheat
protector

Install
an overheat protector in the motor to automatically detect overload,
temperature rise and other conditions to avoid motor burnout due to motor
overheating (<15kW optional equipment, 2 15kW standard equipment). Install
an overheat protector in the bearing. When the bearing temperature rises to the
cut-off temperature, the protector automatically cuts off the power supply to
protect the bearing (non-standard equipment, optional for ≥18.5kW)

*  Water
cooling jacket (optional equipment).

When
the pump is working, the pressure in the pump cavity is used to make the liquid
continuously enter the space between the water-cooled jacket and the motor
housing to take away the heat generated by the motor, so as to ensure the
normal operation of the pump at low water level (>18.5kW is optional).
