Notes:

 1. Viscosity of oil

Recommended
viscosity for normal operation: 15 ~ 400cSt.If the valve returns to the oil
damper, the viscosity range must be 15~200cSt.

Use oil

Use any of the
hydraulic fluids listed below.

Petroleum-based
oil: oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or VG46 is used.

Synthetic solution:
use phosphate ester solution or polyol ester solution.When using phosphate
solution, please use special fluorine rubber seal.

Aqueous solution:
use glycol water solution.

3. Oil temperature
range

The continuous
working temperature: – 17 ~ + 70 ° C

4. Pressure
adjustment

When the pressure
is adjusted, loosen the lock nut and slowly turn the handle. Clockwise means
the pressure is increased and counterclockwise means the pressure is decreased.
After the adjustment, do not forget to lock the nut.

5. Traffic
selection

When the flow is
small, the adjustment pressure will be unstable.When model 03 and 06 are used,
the flow rate should be greater than 8l/min; when model 10 is used, the flow
rate should be greater than 15l/min.
