1 overview

In accordance with
the requirements of the imo code for international fire safety systems and the
code for the fire protection of ships and the code for the classification and
construction of sea-going steel ships.Fixed deck foam extinguishing system
shall be provided for tanker with a gross tonnage of 500 tons or more to 20,000
tons.

The products meet
the requirements of the international convention on the safety of life at sea
and related standards GB 20031-2005, general technical conditions for foam
extinguishing systems and components, and CB/T 3571, Marine low-power foam
installation.

2 application scope

Used for oil depot
transport ships and docks, etc., to provide foam mixture for foam gun, foam gun
or other injection equipment, to produce low-expansion air foam, to fight class
A or water-soluble and insoluble class B fire.

It is mainly
composed of foam storage tank with capsule and foam proportioner, water inlet
pipe, liquid outlet pipe, exhaust pipe, position mark and liquid discharge
pipe.

4 working principle

When the system
works, the pressure water fills the tank with water from the inlet valve
through the water inlet pipe, squeezes the capsule to replace the foam liquid,
and mixes with water in proportion in the proportioner to form the foam mixture
liquid, which is transported out by the outlet.
