SBSG low noise
solenoid control overflow valve is composed of low noise guide valve and
solenoid reversing valve, with SBG series characteristics, the pump pressure
depends on an electrical signal acting on the solenoid valve and
remote-controlled unloading, or by connecting the guide overflow valve to the
solenoid valve port and regulation, so that the system gets two or three
pressure control.

Matters needing
attention:

1. Recommended
viscosity for normal operation: 15 ~ 400cSt.

If the valve
returns to the oil damper, the viscosity range must be 15~200cSt.Use any of the
hydraulic fluids listed below.

Petroleum-based
oil: oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or VG46 is used.

Synthetic solution:
use phosphate ester solution or polyol ester solution.When using phosphate
solution, please use special fluorine rubber seal.

Aqueous solution:
use glycol water solution.3. The continuous working temperature of the oil
temperature range: 4-17 ~ + 70 ° C and adjust pressure adjustment pressure,
loosen the lock nut, slowly turn the handle, clockwise for pressure,
counterclockwise to decrease, after adjustment, don’t forget to lock nut.5.
Flow selection when the flow is small, the adjustment pressure will be
unstable.When model 03 and 06 are adopted, the flow rate shall be greater than
5l/min; when model 10 is adopted, the flow rate shall be greater than 8l/min.6.
If the pressure is controlled by remote control valve in the form of oil
return, the internal volume of the oil return pipe is too large and frequency
vibration is likely to occur.Therefore, the length and diameter of the piping
should be reduced as much as possible.
