DTL Type Desulfurization Pump

DTL series desulfurization pumps are of axial suction, single-stage single-suction, bracket (suspension) centrifugal structure. This series of pumps combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and makes innovations in hydraulic design, structural design and casting materials. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in the desulphurization system of thermal power generation, aluminum smelting and oil refining industries to transport lime or gypsum slurry. The chloride ion content in the slurry can reach up to 60000ppm, the PH value of the slurry is allowed to be between 2.5-13, the slurry temperature is ≤65℃, and the slurry weight concentration CW can reach up to 60%.
The pump casing (volute) is a single-layer shell structure, and the bracket (suspension) adopts thin oil lubrication; all shaft seals adopt mechanical seals, and the mechanical seal adopts two types of mechanical seals with flushing water and without flushing water form.
