KSW Series Horizontal Centrifugal Pump

KSW type horizontal centrifugal pump according to is type centrifugal pump and vertical pump unique structure combination design, and in strict accordance with international standards ISO2858 and the latest national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93 design and manufacture of high-efficiency energy-saving products. The pump uses the domestic advanced hydraulic model optimization design.

Product Features 

1, inhalation pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure of 2.5Mpa, please indicate the operating pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be presented separately at the time of ordering.

So that the overcurrent parts and joints of the pump are made of cast steel materials at the time of manufacture.

1, KSW type pipeline centrifugal pump, for the transport of water and physical and chemical properties similar to the use of other liquids of water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized delivery, garden irrigation, fire booster and equipment matching, the use of temperature T:≤80℃.

2, KSWR (WRG) Type hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper, as well as hotels and restaurants such as high-temperature hot water pressurized circulating conveyor and urban heating system circulating pump, ISWR use temperature T:≤120℃, WRG use temperature T:≤240℃.

3, KSWH type horizontal chemical pump, for the transport of non-solid particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to water liquid, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers and other departments, the use of temperature T:-20℃-120℃. 4, KSWB type horizontal oil pump, for the transport of gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other petroleum products, the use of temperature T:-20℃-120℃.
