WPM, an ultra-compact peristaltic pump, is created to meet global needs, boasts an extremely high level of performance. The use of the latest technologies makes possible an ultra-compact size of 38 mm diameter, and new materials are used to realize the highest level of durability (compared to our ordinary products).

Capable to be applied for various use in industrial fields, such as industrial analysis, medical analysis, printer applications, as well as in consumer applications.  The latest model combines high quality, high performance, easy maintenance, an excellent cost-performance and an ultra-compact size with a full-spec design to meet a wide variety of needs.

To meet worldwide needs, all parts have been newly developed from their raw materials. By adopting many new mechanisms and utilizing high-precision molding technology to realize multi-functional components, an ultra-compact body has been realized that achieves high performance, high stability and space savings.

Free mounting configuration
A “Free mounting mechanism”, which applies a bayonet configuration that is also used in mounting and removing camera lenses, is used in the base.  As the cassettes can be mounted and removed manually without using tools, maintenance such as tube replacement can also be performed speedily.

All new gear mechanism
IWAKI has developed a special dedicated gear mechanism that enables the simultaneous realization of both low-noise (approximately 52dB :JIS B 8310:1985 ) and high durability. A smaller size is made possible by integrating the gear motor with the base body.

Motor variation
The lineup also includes various types of motor for mounting, such as 12 and 24VDC low-speed and high-speed motors, stepper motors, brushless motors, etc.

Super Engineering Plastics (WPM1 model)
Super engineering plastics, having excellent corrosion resistance, are used for the main tube parts and enable the pumps to be used with strong acids, strong alkalis, and chemical solutions that erode general-purpose plastics. The heat resistance is also excellent, use in various environments can be supported.
