KSS-Type Submerged Slurry Pump

Product overview

This series of pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, immersed in liquid, suitable for conveying abrasive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurry. No shaft seal and shaft seal water are needed, and it can work normally under conditions of insufficient suction.

Structural characteristics

 It adopts vertical cantilever type and single pump casing structure.

 Double-suction, semi-open impeller design, using cemented carbide or rubber impeller.

 The cylindrical bearing assembly adopts high-capacity bearing design, and the bearing adopts grease lubrication.

The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.

 No shaft seal is required.

The pump and the driving machine can choose direct drive or V-belt drive.

VS type uses rubber flow parts and parts in contact with the slurry to line up rubber, which is suitable for strong corrosive

working conditions.

 200WN-500WN pump adopts single pump casing, single stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure, according to

the connection mode of the gear box, two typical structures can be provided, that is, the built-in bracket type and the pump

box integrated type, and the built-in bracket type. The lubrication method is grease lubrication.

 600WN-1000WN cabin pump adopts double pump casing, single stage single suction cantilever horizontal structure, the

built-in bracket, and the lubrication method is forced thin oil lubrication. The underwater pump adopts a single pump shell

structure to reduce the weight of the pump and facilitate the lifting and moving.
